Sorry I have not blogged in awhile. Our schedule at work changed again and I am trying to adjust to a routine. I think I might be doing too much too quickly. Anyways, this is a repeat of OPI in Dreams Need Clara-fication that I reviewed in January 2019.
Here's a closer look at the packaging. I cannot find it on the website. It's either sold out or discontinued. I think it's the second but I could be wrong.
Here's a closer look at the color. It is slightly darker on the nails than from the bottle.
Here's a closer look at the brush.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in OriginalMadam Glam Gelementary Gel-Like Base Coat, two coats of OPI in Dreams Need Clara-fication, and topped all the nails with Essie Good To Go Top Coat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the brush is wide enough to do three strokes and move onto the next nail. Even though it has a straight tip, I did not find it hard to paint around the cuticles and sides. This is coming from someone who is lazy to clean around the edges and if it looks bad, I still keep it. Secondly, I like the packaging. It's simple and well-known. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of thick glass. The top is also sturdy. You can feel a tight seal when you open and close the top. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to put in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. It's also easy to hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and on the medium. It's not too thick that it's hard to work with. It's also not too thin that it's runs while applying. It's a good consistency and you can take your time with painting. It will not get clumpy with usage. With that said, it's easy to use. It goes on smoothly, and there are no streaking and bubbles. Fourth, it's such a pretty periwinkle color. I just love this color with a passion but then again it is my favorite color. It's a great spring and summer color. Do I think the color is unique? Probably not and I am sure you can find the same color in other brands. Pigmentation-wise it's up there. Two coats were good enough for my skin tone. Lastly, I saw chipping on the tips on the fourth day. As days went on, it got bigger. I also did see slight shrinkage but it was very minimal. You have to look closely to see the shrinkage. I am glad I got this polish. Even though the chipping got bigger as days went on, I just love the color that it outweighs the chipping.

Would repurchase: Yes.
