This mini polish from OPI I bought last year. I don't know why it took me this long to try it. Actually, I do. I just have way too many polishes for one person.
This is OPI Liquid Sands from the Brazil Collection. I already reviewed OPI in I'm Brazil Nuts Over You (second one from the left) and You're So Flippy Floppy (last one from the left).
Click on the picture to see the original size. Before I talk about the polish, here's the ingredients.
This is Samba-dy Loves Purple. Since I did a thorough review of Liquid Sands from the Mariah Carey's Collection, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the polish. It's described as "well, who wouldn't find this vivid textured violet irresistible?" I completely agree with the description and find it true to color!
Here's a closer look at the brush. Since it's a mini polish, the length is slightly shorter than regular sized polish. It's also thinner.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original, Formula X For Sephora Base Coat, and 2 coats of OPI in Samba-dy Loves Purple.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the color is gorgeous. You cannot tell but there are a lot of sparkly, purple specks. It makes the polish a lot prettier in my opinion. Secondly, it went on easily and there was no streaking and bubbles. It's also easy to fix your errors when it comes to textured polishes. Lastly, I noticed chipping at the tips on the fourth day. It wasn't extremely noticeable but I did notice it.
Would repurchase: Yes!
Rating: 4.5/5 Tobey's Paws
