This is a repeat of the Balm in Sky Blue Right Past You that I reviewed in September 2013.
Here's a closer look at the packaging. I cannot find it on the website. It's either sold out or discontinued. I think it's the second but I could be wrong. I've only reviewed this polish from this brand.
Here's a closer look at the color. It is brighter on the nails than the packaging.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to OPI, the brush is thinner and and slightly longer. The width is on the thin side.
I applied Essie Strong Start Base Coat, two coats of the Balm in Sky Blue Right Past You, and topped all the nails with Orly In A Snap Quick-Dry Topcoat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the brush isn't something I would reach for but it is doable. I just didn't clean the brush in the inside of the packaging before using. It helped spread the nail polish easily on the nails. Since it doesn't have a curve tip, it was hard to paint around the cuticles and sides. If you are a more experienced painter, you will not have an issue. I am just not good at painting nails. Secondly, the packaging is nice. I like the drawing but if you could see, it started to fade. Then again I had this polish for how many years. Way too long! With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of glass. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close the top. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. It's also easy to hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and on the medium. It's not too thick that it's hard to use. It's also not too thin that it runs while using. It's a good consistency and you can take your time with painting. It will not get clumpy with usage. With that said, it's easy to use. It goes on smoothly, and there are no streaking and bubbles. Fourth, it's a pretty blue. Even though I put a top coat, it has a matte-ness to it. It's hard to explain. It just doesn't look shiny compared to other polishes. It's a great spring and summer color. Would I say the color is unique? No. I think you can find in other brands. Pigmentation-wise it's up there. Two coats were good enough for my skin tone. Lastly, I did not see shrinkage whatsoever. I did see slight chipping on the sides of the tips on the fourth day. It's so minimal that it's hard to notice. I only noticed for review purposes. I am glad I got this product. It's a good nail polish. It last a decent amount of time. I think I have changed. The color doesn't draw me as it used to.

Would repurchase: Yes.
