Manicure Monday: OPI in Small + Cute = Heart

For this post, it is a repeat of OPI in Small + Cute = Heart that I reviewed in September 2016.
This is OPI in Small + Cute = Heart. I do not see it on the website. It's either sold out or discontinued. I would think it's the second but I could be wrong. Since I did a thorough review of OPI in Next Stop...The Bikini Zone, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the color. The website describes it as "do the math...this baby pink is perfect." I honestly have to agree with the description.
Here's a closer look at the brush.
I applied Essie Strong Start Base Coat, two coats of OPI in Small + Cute = Heart, and topped all the nails with Orly In A Snap Quick-Dry Topcoat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the brush is wide enough to do three strokes and move onto the next nail. I, personally, like curve tips but this tip is doable. It was easy to paint around the cuticles and sides for a straight tip. Secondly, I like the packaging. It's simple, clean, and professional looking. I also like the Hello Kitty design on the top. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of glass. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. It's also easy to hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and on the medium. It's not too thick that it's hard to work with. It's also not too thin that it runs while using. It's a good consistency. You can take your time with painting, and it will not get clump with usage. With that said, it's easy to use. It goes on smoothly, and there are no streaking and bubbles. Fourth, the color is a pretty pale pink. It's a great spring and summer color. I definitely do not think the color is unique. You can easily find it in other brands. I also think it's better on darker skin. Since I'm on the lighter side, the color just blends into my skin. Pigmentation-wise it's good. Two coats were good enough for my skin tone. I can use a third depending on the thickness of the coat. If I apply thick coats, two is good. If not, I need to do three. Lastly, I did not see shrinkage whatsoever. I did see chipping on the tips on the fourth day. It's so small that it's not that noticeable. I had to look at it carefully to notice the chipping. I am glad I got this product. I think it looks better on my toes than my nails.

Would repurchase: No.
