For this post, it is a repeat of Ciate in Candy Floss that I reviewed in February 2016.
This is Ciate in Candy Floss. I could not find it on the website. It's either sold out or discontinued. I think it's the second. Since I did a thorough review of Ciate in Plastic Fantastic, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the color. It's brighter on the nails than the packaging.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to OPI, the brush is the same in width and length. The only difference is the curve tip.
I applied Essie Strong Start Base Coat, two coats of Ciate in Candy Floss, and topped all the nails with Orly In A Snap Quick-Dry Topcoat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the brush is wide enough to do three strokes and move onto the next nail. I'm a huge fan of curve tips. It makes it easy to paint around the cuticles and sides. Since I have had this polish for some years, the consistency has gotten thinner. I had some issue painting around the cuticles and sides. It might just be me since I am not the best at painting. Secondly, I like the packaging. It's simple and cute. I like the added bow. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of glass. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close the top. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. Also, I can hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and in-between thin to medium. It used to be medium but over the years, I think it's gotten thinner. It's not too thick that it's hard to work with. It's also not too thin that it runs while using. It's an alright consistency. I prefer it to be slightly thicker. You can take your time with painting and it will not get clumpy with usage. With that said, it's easy to use. It goes on smoothly, and there are no streaking and bubbles. Fourth, it's a pretty pink color. It's great for spring and summer season. Would I say the color is unique? No, you can find in other brands. Pigmentation-wise it's up there. Two coats were good enough for my skin tone. Lastly, I barely saw shrinkage. I did see chipping on the tips on the fourth day. As days went on, it got bigger. One of the nails, half the color came off. I don't think it's because of the polish. I think it's more so I used that particular finger for work. I am glad I got this polish. From what I remember, I really loved this color. I definitely have changed. I just don't think the color looks good on my skin now.

Would I repurchase: Yes.
