Thoughts: I was excited that I received this product. I haven't tried Estee Lauder in a long time and was excited to see how this product worked.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent while using. To be honest, all this time I used this product I have never noticed a smell. I just noticed now while testing the product to write this review. It's so light that it's hard to distinguish the smell. I just sniffed the product and it has a slight sweet floral scent. I actually like the smell. Secondly, I do not own the full-size. I received a deluxe sample. It's so tiny and cute. From what I can tell from the website, it looks like a smaller version of the full-size. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of thick plastic. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to throw in your purse, bag and even your pocket. It's also easy to hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and on the medium. It's not too thick that it's hard to absorb into the skin. It's also not too thin that it runs while massaging. It's a good consistency. With that said, it's easy to use. After cleansing and your skin care routine, I moisturize as the last step right before sleeping. I massage in a circular motion to absorb into the skin and then pat to finish. I use this product as a night cream. You can use it as both day and night cream. It might be heavy for some individuals like oily skin. For myself having dry skin, it's perfect. It's also good during this dry winter weather. It's cooling in the sense it feels cool on the skin not the tingling sensation. I hate that feeling. It's light-weight, absorbs quickly, skin feels soft and smooth, and it's hydrating. I see a glow after applying. Lastly, my skin still looks good the next morning. Of course, it's not as good as the night before but pretty decent for the morning. With usage, the skin will improve. You will see less fine and thick lines. This is great for all skin types but I think it's best for normal to dry skin individuals. I am glad I got this product. I highly recommend but it is on the pricey side.
