September Favorites

Nature Republic California Aloe Daily Sun Block SPF 50+: I bought this product. When it comes to sunscreens, I tend to like Asian brands. They just work better on me. It doesn't leave a white cast, it absorbs into the skin, and they don't have ingredients I'm allergic to. Not only that, they are just easy to use.

StriVectin Line BlurFector Instant Wrinkle Blurring Primer: I received this product which I will review soon. To be honest, I didn't expect much from this primer. It definitely showed me I was wrong! I'm not too sure if it's a silicon-base primer but it felt like one. It had that silkiness from a silicon-base primer, but at the same time, it didn't lay on the skin. It actually absorbed slightly. It covered all my imperfections and made the foundation apply smooth. I did not see the huge pores I have on my nose.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara: I bought this product. I'm glad because it's actually a great non-waterproof mascara. The reason I tend to avoid non-waterproof mascaras is that it weighs down my lashes. This didn't weigh my lashes down at all. Not only that, it gave me volume. I could see my lashes through my thick, matte eyeliner. That's a yes!

MustaeV Silky Sketch Brow Pencil in Gray Brown: I received this product. Since I started using this pencil, it's actually the only thing I use on my eyebrow. It's easy to draw since the pencil is soft and it stays on all day. It's quick and I don't have to worry about my brow all day long.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte in Girlfriend: I bought this product. It's actually been my go color of this month. I reach for this color more often than any other. It's a good color for my complexion, as well as, I like the quality of the liquid lipsticks from Huda Beauty. They're so thin that it doesn't really show my fine and thick lines that much. It looks smooth and natural on my dry lips.

Finished Products

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara: I bought this product, as well as, it's one of my favorites of this month. I'm sadden I'm throwing away the mascara but it's time I do. I used it more than I'm supposed to. They recommend changing mascaras every three months. I actually used it for five months I think. You can read the description above why I love this product.

Would repurchase: Yes.

Bath & Body Works Amazing Body Cream in Electric Blue Sky: I bought this product during their holiday clearance sale. I used this moisturizer as a hand cream at work. Whenever I wore this cream, my co-workers would recommend how great it smelled. I'm not too sure if I got used to the scent but I never were able to smell it even the first usage. I don't think my nose is that bad but who knows. Other than not being able to smell it on me, it's a good moisturizer. It's very hydrating and feels great on the skin.

Would repurchase: Maybe.

The Body Shop Hand Protector in Hemp: I received this product. This particular hand cream was used in my car. I have hand moisturizers all over the place from room, car, work, and so on. I'm always washing my hands with soap. For this reason, I'm always moisturizing. This is a good hand moisturizer. It's hydrating, the scent is light, and not greasy at all. The only thing I found hard was towards the end. I had to fold the metal to get the last bits of products.

Would repurchase: Yes.
