Please don't forget to enter derma e Activated Charcoal Giveaway. It ends June 26, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. PST (Pacific time).

In March 2018, I went to Generation Beauty LA with a friend. Before we even got inside, they gave us our swag bag.

Here are the products inside the swag bag. I already reviewed derma e Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil (top left), Kokie in Heavenly (top middle), Meg in Lovey Dovey, Gray (top middle), and IBY Beauty Velour Liquid Lips in Flirt (bottom middle). For this post, I will review the other color from Meg on the top middle.
Here are the products I got throughout the day. I already reviewed Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara (bottom left). I received another Meg product at the booth on the top right.
Here are the two Meg products I got that day. For this post, I will review the polish on the right.
This is Meg in Lovey Dovey. Since I did a thorough review of Meg in Lovey Dovey, Gray, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the two polishes. I already reviewed Meg in Lovey Dovey, Gray (on the left). For this post, I will review the polish on the right.
Here's a closer look at the color.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to my favorite OPI brush, the width and the length is the same. I consider the width on the medium.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in OriginalButter London Nail Foundation Priming Basecoat, 2 coats of Meg in Lovey Dovey (nude), and then topped all the nails with Butter London Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, I like the brush. It's wide enough to do three strokes and move onto the next nail. With that said, it's easy to paint around the cuticles and sides. Secondly, the packaging stands out. I have never seen a polish that comes with two smaller polishes to equal one. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of thick glass. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close. The black top that connects both mini polishes is sturdy as well. I can feel a tight seal and hear a clicking noise when I open and close. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's also small enough to hold with one hand and throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. Third, the consistency is creamy. It's not too thick that it's hard to work with. It's also not too thin that it runs everywhere. It's a great consistency and you are able to take your time with painting. With that said, it goes on smoothly and there are no streaking and bubbles. Fourth, the color is pretty. It's a great fall color. It's also perfect for business casual to business work environment. Pigmentation-wise it's up there. I wouldn't say it's the most pigmented but it's up there. Two layers were good enough to show up on my hand. Lastly, there is no chipping whatsoever. I did see shrinkage on the fourth day. Since it's on the nude side and blends in with my skin color, it's not that noticeable. I only noticed because I examine my nails in daily basis for review purpose. With that said, it's easy to remove. I'm glad I got to try this product. I like being introduced to brands that I have never heard of. You might find a jewel of a brand like this.

Would repurchase: Yes.
