I purchased this set from ULTA on a Black Friday. I believe it was two years ago (2016).
It's a mini set, Dynamic Duo, from Butter London. For this post, I will review the top coat on the right.

Thoughts: I've always been a fan of Butter London and their treatment polishes. For that reason when I saw this mini set on sale, I had to grab one for myself.
Here's a closer look at the topcoat.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to my favorite OPI brush, it's slightly thinner and shorter. I would say the width of the brush is in-between thin to medium.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the brush is thinner than I like but I actually didn't mind with this topcoat. It picked up more than enough for each nail. I didn't have to re-dip into the polish to get more. Secondly and since I got a mini-size topcoat, it's hard to say about the packaging. For the mini-set, it's actually pretty cute since it's so small. From my experience, Butter London has amazing packaging. It's well-made and sturdy. Since the mini-size is sturdy, I bet the full-size is sturdy as well. It's made out of thick glass. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close the top. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For that reason, it's travel-friendly. I'm not too sure but I bet the full-size has another top. They usually do. The mini-size doesn't and I prefer it doesn't. It just save space or at least that's my opinion. Third, the consistency is medium. From my experience, most topcoats are medium until you get towards half-way through the bottle. I'm almost half-way and the consistency has not changed. Even if it gets thicker, you can thin it out with a nail polish thinner. With that said, it goes on smoothly and there's no streaking and bubbles. It also leaves a shiny coat on top of the polish. If you don't like shiny topcoats, this isn't for you. When it comes to topcoats, I look for fast drying. I just don't have the patience waiting for it to dry. It dries within minutes. I'm pretty content how fast it dries. Lastly, it lasts as long as the polishes. Most OPI polishes last four to five days on me. This topcoat from Butter London doesn't shorten or make the polish last longer. I'm glad I got to try this topcoat. The topcoat before this took forever to dry so when I used this topcoat, it felt like a lifesaver.
Pros:
* Picks up enough topcoat for each nail.
* Well-made and sturdy packaging.
* Top is also sturdy; can feel a tight seal when you open and close.
* Travel-friendly.
* Medium consistency.
* Goes on smoothly.
* No streaking and bubbles.
* Shiny layer.
* Fast drying.
* Lasts as long as the polishes itself.
Cons:
* Kind of costly.
Would repurchase: Yes.
