I was invited to The Body Shop Almond Milk & Honey Event. Honestly, I feel fortunate to be invited with my little blog. You don't know how much I'm thankful for; the brand I love The Body Shop, the wonderful people at the PR, readers helping me grow my blog, and so on. Thank you all!

It was held outside in the back of Gracias Madre restaurant. I love how they designed the sign with flowers. It's so organic and natural. Unfortunately the swing hid some of the letters but it's cute nevertheless.
They had a wall section with all the products from the newest collection Almond Milk & Honey. I don't think it's out in the market or at least I cannot find it on the website.
At each table, they had some products from the newest collection Almond Milk & Honey.
While checking out the new collection Almond Milk & Honey, we got to eat some hors d'oeuvre. There's one missing on the tray. I grabbed one before taking picture. My bad! My favorite were the empanada.
There was an open bar. I grabbed their special What's The Buzz.
There was also a demonstration on Drops Of Youth Youth Liquid Peel by the owner of The Body Shop Santa Monica. She's so sweet and her bangs look hot on her!
Towards mid-way Dr. Christine Choi Kim, dermatologist for The Body Shop, introduced the new collection Almond Milk & Honey. If you have sensitive skin, this is for you. Even if you don't have sensitive skin, this is still good. It's light and gentle on the skin.
At the end of the night, they gave us a swag bag full of the entire products from the newest collection Almond Milk & Honey. They also included Drops Of Youth Youth Liquid Peel and Saratoga Tea & Honey Company in Wildflower. The honey came in handy because I got sick the next day. I'm still sick at the moment and have been drinking hot honey water for my sore throat. I'm drinking it as I'm typing this. It's so delicious and has been happening.

I had a blast and if you want to check out Gracias Madre, I recommend it. One of the journalists I met at the event told me it was one of the after party for the Oscar last year 2016.
