June Favorites

Nature Republic California Aloe Daily Sun Block SPF 50+: I bought this product and I'm towards the end. I should either be finishing this month or next. I am going to be honest I haven't been that good with putting on sunscreen. I need to be better especially since I get freckles and moles easily. I really need to protect my skin. With that said, I prefer Asian sunscreens than American. They just seem better. It gets absorbed into the skin to protect both inner and outer layer.

Maple Holistics Opulence Luxury Eye Cream: I received this product and it has lasted me a long, long time. A little goes a long way and they give you a lot of product. Not only that, it's on the thicker side which is great for dry skin individuals as well as aging skin. It's hydrating, leaves a nice texture, and you can see improvement with usage.

Butter London Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat: I bought this product, and enjoyed using both basecoat and topcoat. Out of the two, topcoat was my favorite. It quick drying and leaves a nice, smooth, shiny texture. That's the two thing I look for in a topcoat.

The Body Shop Body Butter in Vineyard Peach: I bought this product and have been into moisturizers with peach scent. They just smell good and fresh for this summer. Not only do I love the scent, I realized how much I love the Body Butter from The Body Shop. I realized it after the previous moisturizer. The previous moisturizer isn't bad but it's not great. It's an alright moisturizer. The Body Butter, on the other hand, is hydrating and it lasts a long time. I don't feel any dryness on my body at all.

MustaeV Blending Shadow Brush: I received this product and have been using it since I got it. It's one of the best shadow brush ever. I think it's meant for Asian eyelids. Since my crease area is smaller than most huge eyes, it makes it easy to get in there. Not only that, it mixes well with other shadows and I don't need to push the brush to mix the colors. I can be gentle and it does it's job.

Finished Products
Soap & Glory No Woman No Dry Hydrating Body Butter: I bought this product. To be honest, I didn't like it from the beginning. I didn't hate it but I definitely did not love it. The scent isn't bad but it left a weird scent on my jeans. The scent was strong and lasted throughout the day. Not only that, it is hydrating but not as good as other moisturizers I have tried. To be honest, I couldn't wait to finish this product. At least I was good about finishing it. Now I need to finish the other one I bought.

Would repurchase: No.

Butter London Nail Foundation Priming Basecoat: I bought this product and thought it was a good basecoat. It left a nice, smooth cream colored base. It will be great for people who don't have smooth natural nails. If you have ridges, it will cover all parts to smooth it out. Only wished it has a sticky texture so the polish would adhere to the base. Even though the polish did not adhere to the basecoat, it worked well and the polishes lasted a decent amount of time.

Would repurchase: Yes.

Butter London Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat: I bought this product and thought it's a good topcoat. It's quick drying and leaves a nice, smooth shiny texture. If you're not into shiny polishes, you might want to pass this. I like the shine it left and the shine lasted for a good amount of days. Not only that, it helped keep the polishes lasting longer than usual.

Would repurchase: Yes.
