Thoughts: I was not too sure about this product. A product that is both a moisturizer and a primer tells me it will not be thick. It will light-weight to be able to prep for makeup. Since I have dry skin especially during this dry winter weather, I need a strong moisturizer. Since I received this product, I decided to try it out.
Here's a closer look at the opening.
Here's a closer look at a swatch of the moisturizer on my hand.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent while using. It's so light that you cannot distinguish the smell. I just smell slight sweetness. To be honest, you get used to the smell that you don't notice it anymore. I just sniffed the product and it smells like vanilla, but on the sweet side. It's not my favorite scent but it's doable. Secondly, I do not own the full-size. I only have a deluxe sample. From the website, the deluxe sample looks like the smaller version of the full-size. I will only talk about the deluxe sample I own. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of thick plastic. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal when I open and close. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. It's easy to throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. It's also easy to hold with one hand. Third, the consistency is creamy and on the medium. It's not too thick that it's hard to work with. It's also not too thin that it runs while massaging the moisturizer into the skin. It's a good consistency. With that said, it's easy to use. After cleansing and applying serum, I hydrate with the moisturizer. I squeeze a dime size amount into the palm of my hand. I spot all over the face and massage it into the skin. Small amount goes a long way with this product. A dime size is good enough for my face and neck. It spreads easily and sinks into the skin quickly. It instantly hydrates the skin. The skin feels soft, smooth, and hydrated. I do not feel the tightness. The website says it will give a dewy luminosity but I did not see that on me. It looks matte to me. Lastly, I felt hydration immediately after applying the moisturizer. Throughout the day I started feeling dryness and tightness. It might be because I am using it during this dry winter weather. I have extremely dry skin. This product might be better for the spring/summer season. If you do not have that dry of a skin, this product will be good throughout the year. I recommend it for normal to oily skin individuals. This is a two-in-one product. I did not use it as a primer. I apply sunscreen right after moisturizing. I rather protect my skin than go straight to makeup. Also I don't wear makeup for work. I wake up too early and don't have the time to put on makeup. I need to be rushing out the door. For this reason, I do not know how it is under makeup. From the reviews on the website, it's good and a lot of people enjoy it as a primer. I am glad I got this product to try.
