Here's my purchase. I already reviewed Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint in Uncuffed (bottom left). For this post, I will review the lip products from Kat Von D on the top right.

This is Kat Von D Best of Nudes Mini Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick Set. Since I did a thorough review of Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca Remix Studded Kiss Lip Set, I will base this on that.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent while applying. It's so slight it's hard to distinguish the scent. I just sniffed all six and they all smell the same. Some are stronger than others but most of them are on the same level when it comes to the strength of the smell. They all smell like vanilla with a slight sniff of chocolate. It's not my type of scent but it actually doesn't bother me. Plus, it doesn't last that long. It diminishes within time. Secondly, they are mini versions of the full size lipsticks. I own one full size lipstick and the packaging is the same. It's unique and definitely stands out. I like the sleek, professional black packaging. The uniqueness is the pointy things on the sides. Even though it has pointy things on the sides, it's not sharp. It will not hurt you. I also like the brand's logo on the top of the lid. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of thick plastic. The top is also sturdy. I can feel a tight seal, as well as, hear a clicking noise when I open and close. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For this reason, it's travel-friendly. Since it's mini versions of the lipsticks, it's easy to throw in your purse, bag, and even your pocket. Third, the consistency is creamy. Some are more creamier than others. I found Piaf the least creamiest lipstick from this collection. I don't know if it has to do with the size of the lipstick but there are slight tugging on the lips. It could also possibly be me and not being experienced. With that said, it's easy to apply. I used the sharp area to outline the lips and filled the remaining with the flat side. I definitely recommend exfoliating your lips before applying the lipsticks especially the darker colors like Crucifix and Piaf. Those colors showed the imperfections on my lips especially the dry, chapped skin. You can get away with the lighter colors like Sanctuary, Hawkwind, Ophelia, and Bow N Arrow. Fourth, the colors are pretty. Crucifix and Piaf are on the darker side and will be great for fall/winter season. Sanctuary, Hawkwind, Ophelia, and Bow N Arrow will be great all year round. All five colors are one colored lipsticks except Piaf. Piaf is dark color with purple specks. I'm not a glitter type of person when it comes to lip products. If you are, you might like Piaf. Pigmentation-wise it's up there. I say some are more pigmented than others. I have to layer Bow N Arrow more so than the other colors. Bow N Arrow is more my color but better type of lipstick. Lastly and since they are lipsticks, they only last until I eat. I have a tendency to wipe my mouth while eating. For this reason, lip products don't last that long on me. All the lipsticks are comfortable and not drying at all. I did not see any white residue in the center of the lips. From the collection, here's my favorite to the least; Sanctuary, Bow N Arrow (even though I have to layer several times, I really like the color), Hawkwind, Ophelia (color is not unique), Crucifix, and Piaf (too much specks for my taste). I'm glad I got this collection. It's like trying sample versions of the lipsticks. You try them and if you like the colors, then you can purchase the full size in the future. If you don't like the colors, it doesn't feel like you spent money on a full size and need to finish them.
