About:
Kat Von D Beauty's most requested collection of all time is returning at last and better than ever. Meet Saint-soft, alluring, and dreamy, this gourmand fragrance sweetens a bouquet of jasmine and tiare flower with notes of mandarin, caramel, and sparkling Mirabelle plum. Vanilla, sandalwood, and creamy musk build to the romance of the perfume, imparting a warmth that reminds Kat of falling in love for the very first time. Saint is a poetic exploration of the lesser-known, softer side of Kat Von D.

Saint shares the same floral soul as Sinner, with a sweet and gourmand twist. Different experiences, shared heart-these sister-scents can be worn alone or layered together.

What else you need to know:
Enter a world of complementary contradiction: a personal story told through scent inspired of Kat's own duality. Originally created in 2009, the beloved Saint + Sinner fragrances are resurrected with the same covetable scents and a completely reimagined design. Kat poured herself into drawing the filigree scrollword that encases the bottle, hand-sketching for months until every detail was perfected. She chose the glass flacon because it reminded her of a human heart when she held it in her hand. It was important to her that the bottle be just as beautiful as the fragrances inside.

This product is vegan and cruelty-free.

Thoughts: The past several years I've got into perfumes. Before that, I only used body lotions and body sprays. Now that my skin has gotten drier, the smell from the body sprays doesn't last that long on me. I needed a stronger type of spray and that's when I started using perfumes. So when I got an email from Influenster that I was getting perfumes from Kat Von D, I was stoke!
Here's a closer look at the deluxe perfume sample.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, I received a deluxe sample of the perfume. For a deluxe sample, the size was pretty decent. It didn't come in that tiny, little, plastic container that you get 2-3 usage. Also, the packaging of the deluxe sample is pretty cute. It's not as cute as the full-size but for the size, I like it. It's simple, clean, and angelic looking. The container doesn't feel like some cheap plastic. It comes in a sturdy glass with a twist top. The top is also sturdy. It has a tight seal. I can feel a tight squeeze when I open the top. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For that reason, it's travel-friendly. Since it's small, it's easy to put in your pock or throw in your bag. Secondly, the scent from the packaging is really sweet. To be honest, it reminds me of cold medicine. I didn't think it would be my type of scent but it actually smells differently on me. It's the chemistry of my body. The chemistry from my body doesn't mean it will smell the same on you. The first couple of seconds when I apply the perfume, it smells like medicine. After couple of seconds, the smell changes and becomes less sweet. It's hard to say what the smell is. It's kind of floral but on the sweet side with a twist of muskiness. I know I'm not good at describing but that's how I feel when I smell it on me. I'm not a musky type of person but the slight muskiness is nice in this perfume. It's not overbearing. It's a perfect muskiness for my personal taste. With that said, it all depends how much you apply. If you apply a strong dose of perfume, it will last for few to 10 minutes. I applied a lot recently to see how long it lasts on me. If you apply lightly, the scent barely lasts a few minutes. Therefore if you're into strong scent, this might not be for you. Then again, it might just be my dry skin. From what I read online, it lasts longer on other people. Lastly, I'm glad I got to try this perfume. It smells good but if I'm going to get a perfume, I rather spend the money on something that I can smell for a good amount of time.

Pros:
* Pretty decent size for a deluxe sample.
* Simple, clean, and angelic looking packaging.
* Comes in a sturdy glass container.
* Top has a tight seal.
* Travel-friendly.
* Sweet scent from the packaging.
* Smells like a sweet floral with a twist of muskiness.

Cons:
* Doesn't last that long on me.

Would repurchase: Maybe.
