Here's another review from CosmoProf Las Vegas that I attended on July 9-11, 2017. I already reviewed Lechat in Fantaseaella + mila Velvet Matte in X on the BeachSkinn Don't Budge Waterproof Cream Eyeshadows in Non-MatteNature Nut For Dry & Damaged Hair Shampoo and Conditioner, LuLuLun Plus in Rose, and Dengi Hair Iron. There was an after party, I can't recall what CosmoProf named it, I believe it was Monday the 10th. My brain is failing recently especially with the lack of sleep and stress of work. Please excuse me! One of the brands at the after party was BioRepublic.

They were kind enough to give me two types of mask. For this post, I will review the sheet mask on the left.

Thoughts: When it comes to sheet masks, I'm always intrigued to try new ones. Honestly, I prefer sheet masks than masks that comes in a tube. It's easier to use and less messy.
Here's a closer look at the sheet mask.
Here's how the mask looks on me.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent while wearing the sheet mask. It smells like plant. I just sniffed the product and it smells like how it's on. Since the scent is light, I got used to the smell. After several minutes, I hardly noticed anything. Secondly, the dimension of the mask is nice. The length and width is perfect for my face shape. If you have bigger face than mine, it might be too small but I doubt it. I have pretty big face. One thing interesting that I found is that the sheet mask is perfectly round. Since it's round, the mask doesn't reach the corners of my forehead and chin. I prefer masks to be bigger than smaller. I rather cover every part of my face than miss some spots, but that's personal preference. Also, the nose piece is different. It's wide enough for my nose but the tip doesn't point down like our nose. It curves upwards. I'm not too sure why but it's different for sure. With that said, the thickness of the sheet is on the thick side. It was easy to unfold without worrying if it will tear. I'm not too sure if it's a gel mask but it felt like one. Third, there's a decent amount of essence. The left over essence I used on my throat and neck. With that said, it's easy to use. I unfolded the sheet mask and took off the backing of one side of the mask. That side I applied onto the face and while on my face, I took the backing off on the other side. This time around I threw the backing but in the past, I applied it on my throat while lying in bed. I try to hydrate every part of the face as I can. I didn't this time around because I was busy cleaning my room while masking. They recommend resting while you mask but lately, I just don't have enough time. I just cannot sit there. I did wear the mask for 30 minutes instead of the recommend time 15-20 minutes. I'm not too sure but it can be a mixture of many things; masking longer than recommended, dry skin, and so on. When I took the mask off, it felt like I was pulling glue off my skin. My skin sucked up the essence from the sheet mask. I actually found it satisfying. It reminded me of childhood when I pull dried glue of my skin. Since my skin sucked up the essence, it tells me my skin needed hydration. Also, I knew because I saw dry patches while wearing makeup that day. Lastly, my skin looked brighter and alive after I took the sheet mask off. I definitely saw a glow on my face, as well as, a hydrated skin. When I applied my skin care products (eye cream and moisturizer), it went on quickly and I needed less than normal. With that said, I saw less fine/think lines. The next morning the results were the same. My skin looked hydrated and youthful. The sheet mask is recommend for every skin types and I have to agree. It's a good mask!
