Last week when I went to my drugstore, I saw the Bedazzled Collection (Fall 2014) from Milani. There was only one thing that stood out for. It was the Constellation Gel Eye Liners. There are 3 in the collection; blue, green, and black. It was a hard decision but I decided on the green.

Ingredients:
Thoughts: It was a hard decision to choose green over the others. Everything is so shiny and pretty, but I don't need all three. For that reason, I only choose one.
Here's a look at the eyeliner. Not only is the eyeliner gorgeous, the packaging is pretty decent.
Here's a closer picture of the eyeliner.
Here's a picture of the eyeliner after I dipped into it. The sparkle is only on the top layer. If you look to the left, you will see a dark spot. That's where I dipped the brush into.
The eyeliner also comes with a small brush.
Here's a closer look at the brush.
Here's a swatch of the eyeliner on my hand.
Here's how the eyeliner looks on my eyes.
Here's an overall look on me.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's no noticeable scent. I only noticed while sniffing with my nose. It has a slight waxy smell. Secondly, the packaging is decent. It's made out of plastic but it has a tight seal which will not dry out the product fast. I highly recommend storing it upside. Storing it upside helps with the air circulation when you close the top. It also comes with a decent brush. It's extremely soft, travel-friendly, and well made. Third and I'm sure most of us will buy it for the sparkly glitters on top. Unfortunately, it's an over spray. I kind of found this interesting. They mention it's an over spray on the back of the pot, whereas, it's not even mentioned on the back of the paper packaging. It's interesting how marketing works or maybe it's just me. With that said, the gel eyeliner goes on smoothly and it does not tug on the eye. Since it's not waterproof, it does smudge. For that reason, I applied UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion) before applying the eyeliner. I also curled my lashes before or else it'll smudge the eyeliner. Fourth, I was kind of expecting to see some green but honestly it just looks like a sparkly charcoal. I wasn't too happy with the name, Enchanted Emerald, when I hardly saw any green on my eye. Lastly, it did last all day on me and it was extremely easy to remove. With that said, it still smudge on my eyes even using UDPP. That's a big no no for me.
Pros:
* Sturdy packaging; tight seal.
* Well made, soft brush.
* Travel-friendly.
* No noticeable scent.
* Sparkly over spray; gorgeous.
* Smooth application.
* No tugging.
* Easy to remove.
* Last all day on me.
Cons:
* Sparkly over spray; only the top layer.
* No hint of green.
* Smudges!!!
Would repurchase: No!

its so pretty!!
It looks gorgeous on you and you applied it flawlessly! I do agree that it stinks that it smudges and the whole glitter on top for marketing purposes. Makes it sort of evil, lol. Still the way it looks on your eye and the way you apply it would make anyone want to buy it. Perhaps they should hire you to model it for them? Yep! ♥
Thank you! You're always so nice to me and you say the best things. :) I haven't seen you in awhile. How are you doing? I hope everything is treating you well!
Thanks!
It is gorgeous but it's a shame it's smudges. :( I do love Milani too!
In the words of Pauly Shore, lol "It's nice to be nice to the nice" .
I just love that phrase! Still going through it but in the end it will make me stronger I hope! Thanks for asking. Hugz ☺
It's extremely hard to be nice in this world. I give you a lot of credit that you are trying. I sometimes give up. :X
