I am fortunate to receive Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil from Beyas.

Product Review: Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Repair Treatment

Where to purchase: online at beyas.com
Price: $43 for 50 mL/ 1.7 fl oz

Description from the website: Leave-in treatment gently smooths the cuticles and helps fortify hair that is prone to breaking and split ends.

* Helps strengthen the hair that's prone to breakage, splitting or snapping off.
* Gently smoothes the hair and form a protective mist on surface, against heat damage.
* Reduces friction from brushing and helps prevent further damage.
* Leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient.
* Provides heat protection against electric hair tools.
Ingredients:
100% Argania spinosa kernel oil (Pure Argan Oil), Hydro Cordium: Vegetable based amino protein (strengthener), Purely Natural Plant Control-oil: Supplies hair nutrients and provides a protection layer, Multiple Tartaric Acid Complexes: Facilitate cell rejuvenation.
Thoughts: I've always heard about Argan oil and how good it is for the hair. Even though I heard about it, I never tried it. About a month ago, I went to get a touch up on the roots. She recommended I use Argan oil because how damaged my hair is. It's funny how life works. I received this product around the same time the hair stylist recommended the oil.
Here's a closer picture of the oil.
The oil comes with a dropper.
Here's a swatch of the oil on my hand.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent but it's not noticeable. I only noticed now while sniffing with my nose. It has a slight muskiness but not to the point of being bad. I actually don't mind the scent that's coming from a person who only likes fruity scent. Secondly and this is just my opinion, I think they should make the dropper thinner. Since the oil is thick in consistency, the oil overflows onto the side of the bottle. It only happens when I put the dropper back into the bottle. When I grab the dropper, I don't have an issue. Then again it might just be me. I'm not the most smartest cookie in the world. Finally, it is extremely easy to apply. You work the oil into your hair wet or dry. It all depends on you and how you want to use the product. My biggest worried was if the oil will make my hair greasy. I was thinking of cooking oil and how greasy it can get. Hair oil is a different concept. It does not make your hair oily/greasy unless you apply it to the scalp. I only applied the oil from mid to my ends where my hair was bleached. It made my hair soft and easier to manage. After getting my hair bleached and damage from hair styling tools, it was extremely hard to run a comb and even my fingers through my hair. After using the oil, it made it easier to comb. It hasn't completely improved my hair but it has helped a lot. It became more manageable and I'm happy with that!

Pros:
* For all hair types.
* Not noticeable scent.
* Full control of the dropper.
* Easy to apply.
* Not oily/greasy on the hair.
* Helps improve the hair.
* Makes the hair manageable.
* Protects against UV damage and other environmental factors.

Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* Oil falls to the sides of the bottle.

Would repurchase: Yes.

I have tried hair oils before and love them, but I am yet to try argan oil.

I have tried a few (can't remember the names) the one I love the most is pureology precious oil. The scent is amazing. I wish they made that scent in perfume cuz I would stock up! Its also great as you can also use it on skin. I have used it on my cuticles and even my face when I feel super dry. I either put one pump on my wet hair before I dry it, or put 4 pumps then braid my hair and sleep in it. It is so soft in the morning!

I never thought about putting it in my hair before sleeping. That's a great idea. Thank you!
