Several months ago, I saw some Shiseido suncare products at my Marshalls. I couldn't decide between the cream and lotion. I ended up getting the lotion because I wanted something light.

Thoughts: I've always heard great things about Shiseido suncare products. For that reason, I was excited to see this product at my Marshalls! I actually purchased this product before trying a sample of Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protection Cream. After trying Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protection Cream, I was not too sure what to expect. I've had mostly positive experience with Shiseido Urban Environment UV Protection Cream except the oxidation took longer than I expected.
Here's a closer look at the packaging. I actually find it pretty interesting. I like the color blue, as well as, the funky modern shape. I'm not too sure if it's the best shape for storage. Thankfully, I store it on top of my drawer so it doesn't make a difference. Here's another interesting fact I just learned. On the website, the weight is 100 mL/ 2.2 fl oz. Mine is 100 mL/ 3.3 fl oz. I had to Google it to see which fl oz is correct. It is 3.3 then that tells me the website has errors. I would think a well-known brand would not make errors on their website. :/
Here's a closer look at the top/ where you squeeze the product out.
Here's a swatch of the lotion.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there is a light scent. I cannot distinguish the scent but it's not bad. It doesn't smell like sunscreen at all. Plus, the scent only lasts a minute or two. Secondly, I like how light the consistency is. It doesn't feel heavy on the face. With that said, it's very liquid-y. You cannot tell from the picture above but I had to angle my hand a certain way so the product does not drip on my hand. This can get messy depending on how you apply the sunscreen. Initially, I would dab spots on my face with a finger and then massage the sunscreen. While doing that, the spots would drip on my face and sunscreen from the bottle would land all around me. I learned through trial and error, and the best method for me was to squeeze some on my hand, pat my hands together, and massage on my face. Another thing I found is that the hole from the bottle where you squeeze is small, and the product would drip to the sides. It made sense why there's a scoop around the hole. I did not take a recent picture but I thought it might be a little disgusting. Hopefully, people would understand what I'm saying. :/ Lastly and the most important, it's not greasy and lasts a good amount of time. While applying the product, I can tell it quickly oxidizes and absorbs onto the skin. Even when wearing makeup, I do not see the sunscreen move while applying face products (primer and foundation). Now I can understand why people like the blue packaging sunscreen from Shiseido.

Pros:
* Protects both UVA and UVB; basically, it protects both inner and outer skin.
* Does not carry Avobenzone and Oxybenzone; not the most safest active ingredients.
* Fun, modern packaging.
* Light scent that does not linger.
* Does not smell like typical sunscreen.
* Light on the skin.
* Not greasy.
* Does not take forever to oxidize.
* Absorbs onto the skin.

Cons:
* Liquid-y; drips everywhere.
* Pretty messy both in applying and squeezing out of the package.

Would repurchase: Yes, but in the cream formula.

My favouritest sunscreen I've ever tried, hands down! And it wears so well for me under my makeup :)

If you do repurchase in the cream formula, please make sure to do a review! I would love to read it!
