I am so thankful for the opportunity to review some products for Crown Brush. For this post, I will focus on their 88 Color Warm Eyeshadow Palette.

Where to purchase: crownbrush.com
Price: $14.37 (sale price at the moment)

Ingredients:
Thoughts: When I received this palette, I felt that Crown Brush pinpointed my personality. This is so my type of palette! All I wear in daily basis is neutral colors. Of course, there are exceptions like clubbing or parties I will wear brighter colors.
Here's a look at the palette. It's very sleek, simple, and very classic looking. The packaging is the same as the other 88 palettes from other companies. There are no differences. For people who don't own an 88 palette or have never seen one, the size of the palette is comparable to iPad or at least I think so. It also leaves some fingerprints if your hand is greasy/oily.
When you open the palette, it comes with a mirror and two makeup applicators. The mirror comes in handy when you take the palette for traveling.
The applicators, on the other hand, I found it not well-made. You can use it couple of times but after that, you probably will have to throw them away. I think the eyeshadows sponges are good for new beginners in the beauty world. For people who have been wearing makeup for some time will probably use a brush.
Here's a look at the 88 eyeshadows. Isn't it gorgeous!?!? The colors range from cream to brown, green to gray, and so on. I also love that it comes with different textures; shimmers, metallic, and mattes.
Here's a closer look at the eyeshadows. If you're looking for the typical size eyeshadows, this isn't it. They're the size of a dime. I actually like them small. I never tend to finish any eyeshadows and I eventually get bored with them. For that reason, I move onto another palette and hardly make a dent. Of course, I will eventually come back to those palettes. It's just a repetitive cycle. With these, I feel productive since I can see some dents. Okay, maybe it's just me.
One thing I noticed a little different from my other 88 palettes, these are easier to open. It comes with a push button. I love it!
Here's a swatch of some of the colors. The farthest right doesn't seem that pigmented but it is. All the colors from the palette are opaque.

Now for some looks I did...
Look #1:
What I did on my eyes.
Overall look.

Look #2:
What I did on my eyes.
Overall look.

Look #3:
What I did on my eyes.
Overall look.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, this isn't my first 88 palette. It's actually my third. I received one as a gift, and the other one to review. Let me tell you from all three, this has to be my favorite! The first two 88 palettes had hits and misses with pigmentation. Some colors are extremely pigmented and some hardly showed up. All the colors in this palette are opaque and shows up bright on my eyes. I love that I am able to use all of them! Secondly, they are also easily blend-able and I love how the colors go well with each other. To end this, they lasted all day on me.

Pros:
* 88 neutral variety of colors.
* Sleek, classic packaging.
* Comes with a push button to open and close.
* Comes with a mirror.
* Variety of textures; shimmers, metallic, and mattes.
* Pigmented.
* Easy to blend.
* Long lasting.

Cons:
* Shows fingerprints on the packaging.
* Sponges are useless.

Would repurchase: Yes.
Rating:  4.5/5 Tobey's Paws

LOVE the colors! I also love how it has a mirror. I always hate how most eyeshadows dont have a mirror so makeup on the go can be a pain. Love the looks you did too =)

Thank you! I don't mind palettes without a mirror since most places have a huge mirror I can use, but I understand what you mean... hehe~ Thank you! This is such a great versatile palette. :)
