Thoughts: Since this is my first brushes I own/used for nail art, I am extremely excited! Even now because it gives me a chance to practice the skills of using brushes.
It comes with 7 brushes. The handle of the brushes are metallic orange, whereas, the tips are pink. In my opinion, I wish both the handle and the tips were pink. I think it'll be cuter that way.
It comes with one dotting pen. I found the brush interesting. For one thing, the tip is extremely small. It doesn't look that way on the picture, but the tip is probably a size of maybe a small period you make at the end of the sentence. I also found that the tip of the sides is long. It made me wonder if the professionals use the sides instead of the tip. It something I need to play around with.
Here's a closer look at the fan-shaped brush. Isn't it cute!?!? I used this brush and I definitely need practice.
I'm guessing this is the sketch pen, but I'm not 100% sure. It's interesting the brush has a bent.
I want to apologize for the bad quality picture. I don't know why I wasn't focusing on the hair. :/ Anyways, I actually like the brushes. It reminds me of those nail polishes for nail art except their shorter. I find it easier to work with personally. I just need to practice. One brush hair is longer than the other, as well as, thickness.
The same with these brushes. One is longer and thicker than the other.
Now for the nail art I did with the brushes...
I wore OPI in Don't Melbourne The Toast. On top of the nail polishes, I tried to do nail art with the brushes on the middle and ring finger. Then I topped it off with Seche Vite Top Coat.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all like I said, I wish the handle of the brushes match the tip of the hairs. I think it'll be cuter that way. Secondly, I love that the brushes are made from synthetic fibers. They're soft to the touch and very gentle on the nails. When it comes to doing nail arts, I can be impatient and not wait for the background color to dry. So when I apply something on top, the background color can be a mess. I noticed with the brushes since they're soft, they don't ruin the background color. That's a big plus for an impatient person like myself! Lastly, I love how fine and thin the hairs are. It's great for a small area like our nails. I just need to practice using the brushes and improve designing the heart. When the heart improves, I will post it on my blog.
Pros:
* Comes with 7 brushes.
* Made with synthetic fibers.
* Cute pink tips.
* Soft and gentle on the nails.
* Easy to maneuver.
* Can create versatile nail arts.
Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* Wish the handles match the pink tips.
Would repurchase: Yes.
