Thoughts: When I was approached about this product, the thing that stood out was that it was used on cement workers. Since cement workers use their hands a lot, it helped their skin. I was intrigued and curious if it would cure my winter, dry hands.
Here's a closer look at the opening.
Here's a swatch of the product on my hand.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a strong herbal scent. It reminds me of the Chinese ointment that my friends used to use when I was a child. In the beginning when I first started, it was overwhelming but not to the point I couldn't stand it. After several usage, I got used to the scent. It wasn't to the point that I got so used to the smell that I don't notice it anymore. It's to the point I don't mind the smell. Secondly and from the looks of it, the website change the design of the packaging. I actually like the new design. It's simple and looks more professional. Other than the design, it's the same packaging. It comes in a tube making it travel-friendly and sanitary safe. I love that you squeeze the product instead of digging into the container. With that said before I review the product, let me tell you a little about my skin. I have weird hands. As I get older, I know my skin dries out more during the winter time. It's to the point I just have dry patches. My hand, on the other hand, gets so dried that it turns red and cracks. I've had this issues since I remember when I was a teenager. I'm not too sure why. None of my family has this issues. I'm the blessed child unfortunately. Third, the consistency is on the medium. It's creamy and light-weight. If you have oily skin, I can see this being on the thicker side but from my personal experience, it's not thick. It's in the medium. This would be great for normal to dry skin. When I apply the product, it's instant gratification. It feels really good on the skin. My crack skin feels calmer and not irritated. With that said, it softens a bit and doesn't leave a heavy greasy feel. Lastly, I've been using this for some time (many weeks) and my skin has improved a bit. If you expect overnight difference, let's be realistic I don't think that exist. It improves with usage just like any moisturizers and lip products. If you need instant calming effect, this is a good one. I could see why cement workers enjoy this.
