Billion Dollar Brows Brow Powder

When I was approached to review Billion Dollar Brows (BDB), I was pretty excited. I love trying new brands, as well as, know the importance of eyebrows. Even if your face is perfect but you have not the best eyebrows, it really does stand out. It is especially important to me since I have Asian eyebrows, hardly any hair. That's why I'm so excited to review their Brow Powder.

Ingredients:
Thoughts: Out of all the products I received from BDB, I was most excited to review the brow powder. Since I have sparse hair and need a lot of color, I know brow powders work great on me. They're really easy to use, works well, quickly put color on my brows, and they last a long time on me. Before I review this product, let's talk about the packaging.
It's a simple, circular container. It actually reminds me of the brand Senna except this one doesn't come with wax. It's easy to open and at the end of closing, you feel the tightness. It's great for traveling. I know it will not open and get ruined while moving inside the bag. I also like the packaging will not easily get scratches and fingerprints.
Here's a closer look at the taupe brow powder. It's great for my skin tone and hair color. It's dark but natural looking.
Here's a swatch of the color. I actually used an eyebrow brush to swatch the color on my hand. For that reason, it's not dark. If I used my finger, it would be darker.

Now how it looks on me...
Before:
Natural eyebrow.

After brow powder:
I filled the brow using a brow brush. It colored in my sparse hairs and then I used a brow gel, BDB Hint of Tint, to put my hair in place.

Overall opinion... I love it! From my experience, I've had the best results from brow powder. In all honesty, I have not tried that many and the ones I have tried they all have been great. I also have to mentioned the ones I have tried are not drugstore ones so I cannot compare to them. I've tried Shiseido, Senna, and this brand BDB. I also love how the color matches me so well! It's easy to use with a brow brush, it goes on smoothly, it gives me depth, and it lasts all day long. What more can I ask for! :)

Pros:
* Simple packaging; will not easily get scratches and fingerprints.
* Travel friendly; tight and will not open.
* Compact powder.
* Color matches well to skin tone and hair color.
* Easy to apply.
* Great for beginners and professionals.
* Does not smudge.
* Long lasting.

Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* Cannot test before buying.

Would repurchase: Yes!
Rating:  5/5 Tobey's Paws

I love doing my brows. I have an eyebrow obsession! I agree, eyebrows are important when doing your makeup. I'd rather have my eyebrows done than anything else in a rush...or maybe add some concealer too as my dark circles are horrendous! Hahaha. This looks neat. My eyebrow powder is named taupe too and I think it suits you well.

You're welcome! I have thin eyebrows that's why when i found a way to make eyebrow powder work on me, i made it a point to do it everytime i do my makeup. I get pissed the entire day if i end up going it without it being perfect! Hahaha. It has to be or else i'll do it all over again..

That's the thing with flavored kitkats, they get sold out easily and they only get limited quantities. i found a seller on amazon

http://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Kit-Kat-Maccha-Green/dp/B007OVX77G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360780193&sr=8-1&keywords=green+tea+kitkat

If i don't see some in the stores when we visit sacramento, I might order from this seller! :)

I'm guessing you do your eyebrows everyday? From my experience, I haven't met any Filipino with hardly any eyebrow hair. It's always so full and nice. :)

I just checked out the website on amazon. It's that expensive for Japanese Kit Kats. :O

Only when I go out, which is on the weekend. For errands, I don't fill them in anymore. Just too lazy! Hahaha. My mom has mixed genes. She has spanish and chinese blood that's why we're not hairy..Haha that sounded weird. But you won't see my arm and leg hair, they're so short and they're blonde. My hair's brown, which isn't typical for filipino people. I wish I had fuller eyebrows! Mine are so high maintenance. Hahaha.

Yes, they are expensive online. =( That's why i have to find them in the store!!!

I didn't know you were a mix, even though, it's a minimum... hehe~ You're so lucky you're so hairless on the legs *sigh*. I hate the hairs on my legs and armpits. :X

I hate body hair too! I have a few on my underarm, you can even count them but I wish they didn't exist =( I know, why complain when I have so little? MY point is, all girls hate body hair! Haha.

A few!?!? So jealous! I use to think I had a few until I let them grown. Then I was shocked I had more than a few... lol~
