I am fortunate to work with Body Merry and review their cellulite cream from Amazon. I already reviewed their Age Defense Eye Cream, and I am still using it to this present day. I still think it's a great eye cream!

Product Review: Body Merry Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream

Where to purchase: online at amazon.com
Price: $19.99 for 4 fl oz/ 118 mL

Made in USA

Description from the press kit: Combat cellulite with our unique Caffeine + Retinol + Seaweed formula. This gel-cream has a strong caffeine content with the optimum level of retinol (0.4%), as recommended by experts. For good measure, we've also added potent natural and organic ingredients such as algae extract, kelp, coconut oil, japanese green teal leaf extract and cayenne. Like al our products, it is free from harsh chemicals such as parabens, sulfates and phthalates.

This gel-cream consistency is designed to spread over large areas and it absorbs quickly into your skin. The cream is infused with a refreshing 100% natural 'mint - green tea - lime' fragrance, that barely leaves a trace once fully absorbed.

In a nutshell, Body Merry's Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream is your ticket to visibly reducing the appearance of unwanted bumps and lumps and getting skin that feels and looks tighter, smoother an younger!
Ingredients:
Thoughts: I hate to admit this, but I have a lot of stretch mark on my stomach and underarm. I'm not too sure it's the same concept as cellulite, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to try.
Here's the packaging of the product. Just like their eye cream, the packaging stands out.
Here's a closer look at the cream.
Here's how the cream looks on my hand.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, it smells like peppermint. I'm not too sure where the smell is coming from. When it comes to peppermint, I'm not a huge fan of the taste but I like the smell. It's very refreshing or at least to me. Secondly, I'm not too sure if you can tell from the picture but the cream is very wiggly. The first time I saw it and it didn't help with the color (beige), it look like fat jiggly. I wasn't too sure what to think about it. To be honest, it actually took me couple of days to try it. The appearance didn't appeal to my eyes but it's all mental. Once I tried it, I felt stupid. The consistency of the product is very thin and gel-like. My skin absorbs this product easily and it does not leave a greasy feel. My skin also feels soft. Third and this is the most interesting part, the first couple of minutes it feels like normal body cream. After couple of minutes, you feel a tingling sensation on the skin for 5-10 minutes. It's the same tingling sensation you feel on your lips when you use a pumping product. With a passion I hate that tingling sensation on my lips but on the skin, it feels so good. It feels like someone is massaging it. I love it! Lastly, I cannot say if it worked for me. I'm not too sure if stretch mark is the same concept as cellulite. I would think it's the same concept but when it comes to things like this I'm clueless. Also, it's recommended to use twice a day morning and night. I'm always running late for work and for that reason, I tend to run out before applying the product. If I can give my two cents, I would think if you are diligent with using this product it should work. It's the same concept as pumping your lips and caffeine is a common ingredient to pump things.

Pros:
* Noticeable packaging.
* Smells like peppermint.
* Thin, gel like consistency.
* Skin absorbs quickly.
* Not greasy.
* Skin feels soft.
* Tingling sensation.
* Not tested on animals.

Cons:
* Can only be purchased on Amazon.

Would repurchase: Maybe.
Rating:  4/5 Tobey's Paws
