When I saw the Milani lip product display, I knew I had to grab one. In honestly, I was drawn more to Strawberry Sugar. I looked online to see swatches and how it looked on people. I knew it was way too light for my taste. So I ended up getting my second choice, Macaroon.

Thoughts: While sitting here, I realized I'm obsessed with lip products. The past 2 days I bought 4. Do I need that many? Mostly likely no but there's always new products that I'm curious about. This is not a good habit but I guess it's good for the blog. :/
Here's a closer look at the Power Lip.
Here's how the brush looks. It's pretty soft and not tough on the lips. Once the product dries and you apply it for the next time, initial application is a little bit rough and hard on the lips. After the initial, it's soft again.
You have to twist to get the product. Here's how the product looks on the brush and it's very true to color.
Here's a swatch of the color. It's very gorgeous. The website say it's a coral color but I don't see it.
Now for how it looks on me...
It's looks pink on me. Then again, I have naturally pink lips.
Here's an overall look.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's no scent whatsoever when you smell the lip product. When you apply it on your lips, it smells kind of waxy. It's not strong. It's very light, but I'm not to keen on the scent. Secondly the first time you twist the product, it takes a lot of effort. I had to twist, twist, and twist some more to see the product come out of the center of the brush. It's easy to apply, goes on smoothly, and it's very pigmented. After each usage, you can clean the brush with a makeup wipe but I don't. I'm just lazy. Another thing I noticed about this lip product. It's slight sticky initially but it gets sticker with time. I found that interesting. Lastly, it's long lasting. It lasts until you either eat or drink. The lipgloss quality is gone (the shine), as well as, the stickiness. What's left is the stain. It stayed on my lips until I brushed my teeth and applied lip balm before heading to bed.
Pros:
* Gloss and stain in one product.
* Travel-friendly; packaging is small size of a perfume.
* Soft brush.
* Easy application.
* Goes on smoothly.
* Pigmented.
* Leaves a nice, pretty stain.
* Does not dry lips.
* Long lasting until you eat or drink.
Cons:
* Not too many variety of colors.
* Smells waxy.
* Need to twist a lot to get initial product.
* Brush hardens between each usage.
* Stickier with time.
Would repurchase: No.

The color looks very pretty on you! I don't really like this kind of packaging, when you have to twist the product. I want to try Milani products so bad now that I read so many good reviews on this brand.
This sounds interesting, and the colour looks great on you! Not so keen on the scent and texture though, haha~
Thank you! I like the color as well. I'm starting to not like products you have to twist. It's just not clean at least in my opinion. Oh you definitely need to check out Milani products especially their blushes. They're pigmented and gorgeous. The only product I don't recommend is lip products. I haven't had good experience. :X
Thank you! I like the color, but not the negative (smell and stickiness) turn me off. :X
You're welcome! I don't blame you. I would skip it too. :X
