My friend spoils me rotten with nail polishes. I feel very blessed with her extreme kindness. Thank you! She sent me Topshop nail polish to try out.

Product Review: Topshop Nail Polish in Green Room

Where to purchase: Nordstrom, where they sell Topshop products, and online at nordstrom.com
Price: $10 for 8 mL/ 0.27 fl oz

Made in London

Description from the website: Fast drying, extra-long wearing nail polish gives a lasting glossy finish and perfect coverage.
Ingredients:
Thoughts: When I received this through mail, I was extremely excited. Oh mi goodness isn't the packaging so cute with the polka dot on the top! I've heard of Topshop but have never tried it. For that reason, I was excited for the opportunity to try this product.
Here's a closer look at the color. It's a gorgeous green and I've received a lot of compliments. My co-workers mentioned how unique the color is.
Here's a look at the brush. The width of the brush I would say it's the same as OPI. I consider OPI brushes medium width.

Now for my nail of the week...
This is with two coats with the topcoat Seche Vite. I tried to do a diagonal polka dots on my ring finger.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all when it comes to scent, it smelled like every typical nail polish. It has a scent but not unpleasant. When it comes to consistency of the product, I have to say it's slight but not by much liquid-y than a normal nail polish. It's very easy to apply and does not leave any streaks. This would be a great nail polish for children. It'll be easy for them to use or at least I think so. From the reviews on the website, they mentioned it dries quickly. I'm not too sure since I applied topcoat right after the nail polish. If you know Seche Vite topcoat, that product is amazing! The nail polish lasted four days before chipping. It's not those typical slight chip at the bottom. My chips were huge and I noticed it's from using my nails to open something. If I didn't use my nails to open anything, the chips would be small.

Pros:
* Cute packaging; love the polka dots.
* Medium width brush.
* Slight liquid-y than medium consistency.
* Easy to use.
* Applies smoothly.
* Leaves no streak.
* Lasts 4 days before chipping.

Cons:
* Needs more a variety of colors.
* When it chips, a big chunk comes off.

Would repurchase: Yes.
Rating:  4/5 Tobey's Paws

This colour is really pretty! It looks somewhat similar to my TopShop nail polish in Pool Party though. Is it a different colour, or did they just change the name? :O Anyway, love it! <3

I just Google search Pool Party. They do look alike, but I think Pool Party is on the blue side. It looks like more a mint color, whereas, Green Room is more a turquoise. I could be wrong though... hehe~
