I was fortunate to attend Hard Rock Cafe's Breakfast Jams Out With School of Rock on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Universal CityWalk.

Here's a closer look at Hard Rock Cafe at Universal CityWalk. I've seen this restaurant whenever I visit Universal Studios or CityWalk, but I have never went in. This was my first time and it was pretty exciting!
We were seated on the first level. Right in the center of the restaurant is a bar with a spinning Cadillac.
School of Rock Burbank, performance based music school, gave us a sneak peak at their show this season; Modern Rock, Motown/Rockability and Rock Zombie Fest (I took this information from the press kit). I don't know the difference of rock but these kids were amazing! While they were performing, I was thinking what did I do at their age.
I took several videos but unfortunately, this was the only one that came out well. He's a pretty good singer but without the band, he wouldn't be anything. They all deserve equal credit!
Here's a look at the new breakfast menu.
We ordered two breakfast entrees and split. The first one is Belgium Waffle. The menu describes it as "a golden brown waffle topped with maple butter, sliced strawberries, and powdered sugar. Served with maple syrup and choice of sausage links or smoked bacon."
The second breakfast entree is So Cal Omelette. It's described as "three eggs blended with pico de gallo, mushroom, and Monterey jack cheese. Topped with avocado and sour cream. Served with breakfast potatoes and choice of toast." This was my favorite out of the two and highly recommended!

If you ever visit Universal Citywalk, I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe.
