I am so fortunate to try polishes from Madam Glam.
Here are the products I got. I already reviewed Make A Wish (right). For this post, I will review the polish in the middle.
Since I did a thorough review of Madam Glam in Make A Wish, I will base this on that. This is Madam Glam in Holo Fever and it retails for $10.95 for 0.5 oz.
Here's a closer look at the polish. The website described it as a "hologram with purple lights in it will make the world around you brighter! The bottle is just stuffed with glitter!" I agree with the description and it's very true to color!
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to my favorite brush OPI, the width is slightly thinner but barely. It's a good width. The length is the same.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original, Formula X For Sephora Base Coat, 2 coats of Madam Glam in Holo Fever, and topped it off with CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat.
Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the consistency is medium to slightly thick. It's easy to apply and goes on smoothly. I found it slightly thick getting the polish out of the bottle towards the end of painting my nails. It wasn't a big deal but I can see some people finding it slightly messy. With that said, there was no streaking and bubbles. Secondly, there's a lot of glitters. It's my type of glitters. They're small which makes it easy to remove. It also has multiple color glitters from silver to blue. With that said, the glitters are spread out. You don't have to search for the glitters, as well as, it doesn't fall to the bottom of the bottle. Third, it's so gorgeous and perfect for this winter weather! You will also get a lot of compliments. There really isn't any color like this in the market. It's extremely unique or at least from my experience. Lastly, it lasted 4 days before I noticed chipping. It's more towards the end of the tips and barely noticeable.
Would repurchase: Yes!
