I was asked what I thought about MUFE primer and foundation. Since I've been using since the IMATS showing (click here to see my post about it), I thought it's a good time to do a review (almost a month). I will start with the primer.
Product Review: Make Up For Ever High Definition Primer in #6
Where can you purchase this: Sephora, online
Price: $32
Made in France
Description on the back: I threw the box away before the review. My bad! :X I did check online at Sephora to see what they said. They said #6 is to lighten dark complexion.
My thoughts: I bought this at IMATS because my makeup buddy told me the foundation works much better with the primer beforehand. I thought I'll try it out since I'm almost done with my old primer, a Korean base. I didn't think it would hurt... hehe~ I think it works better on me than the silicon ones like from Smashbox. If I compare it to the Korean brand makeup base I've been using, I still like the Korean one... hehe~ I might be biased, but I feel like the Korean one works better on me... hehe~ :X
Pros:
* Comes in a great packaging.
* Easy to use.
* Helps the foundation to be applied smoother.
Cons:
* Doesn't lighten my skin.
* Don't see any brightening either.
* Doesn't cover my redness.
Would I buy this again? To be honest, no. I'll continue buying Korean makeup bases.

Here's a picture of the different makeup bases I have on my skin, MUFE vs IOPE Color Refine Under Base.
The left one is the MUFE HD Primer and the right one is the IOPE Color Refine Under Base. The green makeup base is to cover your redness, as well as, your flaws (pores, freckles, so on). It doesn't completely cover, but it covers the best I have ever seen on me. :)
The lightening part in the middle and towards the right is the IOPE one. The shiny one on the the left is the MUFE one... hehe~ I still think the IOPE does a better job. What do you think?
Product Review: Make Up For Ever High Definition Foundation in #128
Where can you purchase this: Sephora, online
Price: $40
Made in France
Description on the back: I threw the box for this one too. My bad!!! I looked online at the Sephora website and it says for medium skin with beige undertones.
My thoughts: Now I can understand why people like MUFE foundation so much!!! It covers but looks very natural on you or at least I think so... hehe~
Pros:
* Comes in a great packaging.
* Easy to use.
* Covers your flaw.
* Looks natural.
* Doesn't make you look like you're wearing foundation.
Cons:
* Really nothing bad to say except maybe the price... hehe~
Would I buy this again? Yes, yes, and yes! :)

Here's how the foundation looks on my hand.
Now here's a picture of the primer and foundation on my face.
I think it looks good on me... hehe~ :) If you're wondering what eye makeup I'm using, you can check this post (click here to see it).
Several weeks ago I think or maybe longer. I'm not too good with my timeline... hehe~ :P Yinnie (I just linked) sent me a thank you package (I did her a small favor).
She included way too much! Plus she didn't have to send me anything. It wasn't a big deal.
She included three Barry M pigments. I was excited to see these, because I've heard about this brand for the longest time. I just couldn't get my hands on these... hehe~ This one is #23. Gorgeous color I'll tell you!
This one is #34. I love this color too!... hehe~
The last one is #44. I'm so thankful to finally try this brand... hehe~ I just want one more Barry M pigment in #93 I think. It's the matte mint color one or it's #92. I'm not too sure. I hope one day I'll be able to try that color, but I'm happy with the ones I got... wheee~
She also included Estee Lauder DayWear Plus.
She also sent me falsies! I love the look of long lashes. I just need to master the skill of putting it on... lol~ :X
If that wasn't enough, she sent me chocolates. The left one is strawberry, white chocolate. The right one is plain chocolate. Both good I tell you!!! :)
Thank you Yinnie!!! :)
I'm going to end this post with my haul from the recent trip to the CCO, 4th of July. I'm telling you ahead of time I've been into coral colors from nails to lipsticks. :X
MAC lipstick in Overrich.
MAC lipgloss in Apex. I thought they look good with each other.
