This past weekend I got my Rock & Republic blush!... woo hoo~ :) To be honest, I bought it for the packaging... lol~ I know that's not a good reasoning but whenever I see pictures on blogs and YouTube, I just want it badly! :X It doesn't hurt that the blushes are pigmented and get good raves from people... woo hoo~ ;) When Beauty Story has 50% off R&R blushes, as well as, $15 (all used up) or $10 off codes(I was able to use this one), I could not refuse!... hehe~ The shipping took about 3.5 weeks which isn't bad for me... hehe~ If you would like an invite to Beauty Story, I can invite you if you want. ;)
The R&R blush comes with a cute, black, shiny package.
When you lift the lid, you can see the R&R blush.
Here's how the blush looks out of the package... hehe~ Now for my review...

My thoughts: When I first received the blush, I was really excited especially seeing the package... woo hoo~ After I opened the package and saw the color of the blush, I was kind of disappointed to be honest. I was kind of expecting more a pink blush but it has more a lilac color to it in my opinion. I don't own blushes with lilac so this would be my first and didn't know what to expect... hehe~
I thought it might be different if I swatch it, but I was wrong... hehe~ I still saw more lilac than pink. Other than the color, I was pretty impressed it was pigmented!!! The swatch was barely one wipe which blew me away... hehe~ I'm also glad it's not shimmery. I've been really into matte-ish, if that's even a word, products on my face... hehe~
The first day I applied the blush I was really impressed in more ways than one!!! :) For one thing, it's really pigmented and shows well on my skin. Secondly, it lasted all day and that's a big plus!!! Lastly, I was impressed with the color of the blush. It didn't look that lilac on me but a gorgeous tint of color. I LOVE it and want more R&R blushes!... hehe~ :)
Pros:
* R&R; proud to carry a name brand blush.
* Cute packaging.
* Classic looking.

Cons:
* Heavy.
* Fingerprints on the metal part of the blush.
Would I buy this again: Yes!!!
