L'Occitane were giving away, I cannot recall, hand creams. I got myself one and decided to try this famous hand cream I heard about all the time.

Product Review: L'Occitane Shea Butter Dry Skin Hand Cream

Where can you purchase this: L'occitane store or online
Price: $10 for 30 mL/1 oz.

Made in France

Description on the back: With a very high content of Shea Butter, this hand treatment protects, nourishes and softens our hands.
Ingredients:
My thoughts: For the longest time, I've been curious about this hand cream. The only reason that held me back from buying is knowing I have so many creams/lotions that need to be used. I wanted to use all the products I have before buying. When they were giving away free hand creams, I couldn't refuse and get one. :P

I had mixed feelings about the packaging. I think it's great it comes in a tube so you can squeeze the product out. Unlike some tubes, this one is easy to squeeze. I also noticed at the store they sell this plastic thing that helps you squeeze it so you get more quantity. I also like that it's easy to carry around. You can just throw it in your bag.

Now for the smell, it smells like shea butter. It's an alright scent for my nose. I tend to like fruity smell. ;) At least, the scent doesn't last long.
I also noticed the cream is on the thick side. It might be too thick for oily skin people. People like me who have dry skin it's perfect. It's extremely moisturizing and helps my dry cuticles. I've seen improvements on my hands. This is a product I would only wear during the winter or nights before I head to bed. I cannot see myself wearing this during the summer. It'll be too thick even for my dry skin.

Pros:
* L'occitane; natural ingredient brand.
* Comes in a tube; easy to squeeze and carry.
* Not long lasting fragrance.
* Thick product.
* Extremely moisturizing.
* Helps the cuticles.

Cons:
* L'occitane; hard to find store.
* Comes in a tube; cannot get all the product.
* Shea butter scent.
* Not recommended for oily skin people.

Would I repurchase: Yes if it's on sale.

Here are some of the sheet masks I've been using lately. All of them were given to me as gifts thanks to wonderful people! :)
Luna was kind enough to give me six Silk Whitia. For some odd reason, I didn't take pictures of the other three. They're smaller size in comparison to the packaging of these. I actually liked them, but I cannot recall much. That's why I need pictures; out of sight, out of mind. :X

The three I took pictures of, above, were good. I noticed after removing the sheet masks off my face, I can feel cotton from the mask on my face. I'm not too sure why. :/ The left one is lavender, not too sure what the middle one is, and the right one is pearl powder. I cannot recall if they had scent. Gosh I'm so bad at remembering things that's why I need to write them down quickly or else I'll forget or get them confused with other products. :X
Luna also gave me this faceQ sheet mask. From my experiences with faceQ, they've been great. I think I'm a huge fan of faceQ masks now!!! This one is so unique. It comes with ear and chin part. Basically, you're hydrating your whole face including the neck. We definitely need to hydrate our neck so it doesn't sag as we age. This is Caviar and Hydraulic Acid Moisture Mask. Like all faceQ masks, they do not have scent.
That's not the only faceQ mask I got to try. Shiny Pretty Thing gave me one as well, and it's Ocean Aloe Mask. They're so hydrating, refreshing, and I love the end product of these masks. Unfortunately, I have none left. Hopefully, I'll get some in the future when Sasa has sale on these babies. :)
