Thoughts: Before purchasing online, I actually went to the store and I was drawn to the display. They had an Asian model wearing this exact color. It looked hot on her! For that reason, I had to try this product and I fell in love.
Here's a closer look at the lip crayon. I'm a huge fan of retractable lip products.
Here's a closer look at the lip color. It's very true to color!
Here's a swatch of the color.
Here's how the lip crayon looks on me.
Here's an overall look on me.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, it has a citrus smell. Some people might not like it but I actually don't mind. Plus, the smell only lasts a minute or two on the lips. Secondly, I'm a huge fan of retractable chubby crayon pencils. They're easy to apply and I find it easy to outline the lips. The first time I used this lip product I had some difficulties. Since it's so sharp, it was extremely hard to define the lips but this could only be me. I might just be handicapped, whereas, it's easy for others. After the first usage, I found it easy to use. It's also extremely pigmented. You don't need much for it to show on the lips. In all honesty, I have to say this is probably the most pigmented lip product I have ever seen. It's so pigmented that if your finger/hair/skin touches the lip product on your lips, you can see the color on that specific area. It also goes on smoothly and easily. There's no tugging whatsoever on the lips. Third and when it comes to matte lip products, I cannot wear them. They tend to dry my lips worst than they already are. You can see the dry patches and then it builds white residue in the center of my mouth. With this lip product, it hydrates and makes my lip look nice. I love it and now I can wear matte lip products without any worries! Lastly, they last a long time until you eat or drink.

Pros:
* Retractable lip pencil.
* Citrus smell.
* Smell doesn't last a long time.
* Pigmented.
* Creamy consistency.
* Goes on smoothly.
* No tugging.
* Moisturizing.
* Great for dry lip individuals.
* Long lasting.

Cons:
* Color shows up on areas that touches the lip product.

Would repurchase: Yes!

  1. I totally love the color! I kind of like the shape of the tip. I find the usual tip a little too big but this one looks fine. But unlike you, I haven't tried it so maybe it's not that easy to work with the first time.

  4. That color is beautiful on you Ahleessa! Sometimes those type of sticks can be dry, but I can tell it's moisturizing and as you mentioned highly pigmented. Looks great. Thanks for the review.

  20. Wow, a matte lip product that doesn't dry the lips?! Now this I gotta try! Aly, are you planning on getting Bite's lip mask? I heard that it's good!

  21. You definitely need to try this brand! I'm hooked and it's not good for the wallet. I'm waiting for Sephora to have a sale which will probably be around October. I'll purchase the lip mask then. I too also heard great stuff about it.
