I am fortunate to work with Born Pretty.

Here are the products I got. I already reviewed Born Pretty Peel Off Color Changing Nail Polish in #G001 Swan Lake (top left). For this post, I will review the water decal on the top right.
This is Born Pretty 4 Sheets UR SUGAR Water Decal Black White Dandelion Rose Nail Art Transfer Stickers in #101-104. Since I did a thorough review of Born Pretty Blue Wings Butterfly Water Decal, I will base this on that. It retails for $1.29 and it's described as...

Here's a closer look at UR SUGAR 104.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original and Formula X Prime Xcel Base Coat on all the nails. Then two coats of Butter London in Muggins on my thumb, index, and pinkie fingers. Two coats of OPI in Alpine Snow on my middle and ring fingers. On top of OPI in Alpine Snow, I added Born Pretty UR SUGAR Water Decal in #103. Lastly, topped all the nails with Formula X Shine Xcel Top Coat.
Here's the nail art on my other hand. I think the dandelions came out better.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, this is an amazing deal! You get four different designs compared to getting the usual one. Best of all, the price is comparable. It's a little bit more than getting one water decal, but not by much. With that said, I love the variety of designs in this collection. You get different types of flowers from roses to dandelions. It comes in multiple sizes, shapes, and so on that it'll fit all shape of nails. Since I don't grow my nails (it's the years I had to cut for piano), the water decal can be too big for me. I didn't find that with this particular water decal. Secondly and if you have been reading my blog, you know I'm a huge fan of water decals. I prefer it more so than stickers. Stickers fade with time and doesn't look good. Water decals hardly fade unless the polish comes off. It'll look good for the entire week. With that said, it's easy to use. I cut around the area that I want to apply onto the nails. Then I grab it with a Tweezer and dunk it in water for several seconds. Then I push the water decals off the background and grab it with a Tweezer. It's as easy as that. Also, it's good all year round. It all depends on the individual. You can get as creative as you want. Lastly, it lasted the whole time while I wore this nail art. It looked how I applied it. With that said, I didn't give it a perfect five stars because I had issues with the stem. Most likely it's me but no matter how I applied it, the stems did not apply straight especially on my left hand. For some odd reason, it came out better on my right hand and I used the least dominant hand to do the nail art. Even though I had issues with the stem, this was so worth it. It came out nice and I got a lot of compliments!

Would repurchase: Yes.
