Here's another review from CosmoProf Las Vegas that I attended on July 9-11, 2017. I already reviewed Lechat in Fantaseaella + mila Velvet Matte in X on the Beach, and Skinn Don't Budge Waterproof Cream Eyeshadows in Non-Matte.While walking through the floor, we went to Nature Nut booth. They were kind enough to give me samples that day (shampoo and conditioner). Then I got fortunate where they sent me products from the line.

I took this picture from my Instagram. Here are the products they sent me. They really did spoil me! For this post, I will review the shampoo and conditioner in the center.
Here's a closer look at For Dry & Damaged Hair Shampoo and Conditioner. Instead of reviewing each product, I am reviewing them as one. Honestly without one, the other doesn't work.

Thoughts:Who doesn't loves nuts! It's full of good nutrients and it's healthy for the body. For that reason, I was excited to hear about a brand concentrated on nuts. I wasn't too sure where to start but I thought hair products was a good start.
Here's a closer look at the opening. This is actually the conditioner but the shampoo is the same.
Here's a swatch of the shampoo on a cotton pad.
Here's a swatch of the conditioner on a cotton pad. Sorry this is a little messy! I actually dropped the cotton pad before I got to take a picture.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there is noticeable scent while applying for both the shampoo and conditioner. They both smell like cologne or at least that's the first thing that came to mind. I just sniffed the products and they smell the same while applying. It might be strong for some people but I actually don't mind. Plus, my sense gets so used to the smell that I hardly notice after several minutes. Secondly, the packaging is nice. I like that both the shampoo and conditioner is the same size. Sometimes I wish the conditioner is bigger since I use it a lot more than the shampoo, but I prefer them to be the same rather than the conditioner being smaller. With that said, it's sturdy. They're both made out of sturdy plastic containers and they both have a hint of brown. The shampoo is darker brown, whereas, the conditioner is more a tan. Since the conditioner is lighter, you can actually see the product. From my experience, it is rare to see hair products (shampoo, conditioner, leave-in treatments, hair sprays, etc). The top is also sturdy. You slightly flip the top to open the shampoo and conditioner. Since the shampoo is more liquidity, it's easy to get the product out of the top, whereas, you need to squeeze the conditioner to get the lotion-like cream out. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For that reason, it's travel-friendly. Third and before I talk more about the products, let me tell you a little bit about my hair. I have super straight Asian hair. The past several years I've been dying it every three to fourth months. It's dry especially at the ends. It's very crispy, at times it's hard to comb, and it sucks up conditioner like no other. Once I apply conditioner in the shower, my hair feels much better but it all depends on the brand. With that said, the shampoo did it's job of cleansing. My hair felt clean, at the same time, I did not feel any oil on the roots. My roots get oilier with time. About a day to two it's so greasy that you can actually see the oil on the roots. My roots did not get oily with these products. After couple of days (I try to wash my hair every other day), I didn't even feel the grease between my fingers. Now with the conditioner, it made my hair soft and less dry. Like I said, my hair absorbed the conditioner like no other. Compared to the shampoo, there's a huge dent in the conditioner. While applying I can feel the ends get softer with each application. Not only that, I was able to run my fingers through my ends while it's wet and it didn't even pull at the ends. Ever since I started dying, I only use Tangle Teezer The Original in Plum Delicious. There's days it's so dry even the Tangle Teezer is a little rough on the ends. I haven't had that issue with this conditioner. Lastly since I've been using both the shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels better and looks healthier. It's clean, soft, smooth, silkier, and stronger. I'm glad I got to try these products. I love the idea of using healthy products full of good nutrients!
