Thoughts: I've always been curious about Flower cosmetics and seeing nail polishes on sale, I decided to try one. Out of the nail polishes that was on sale, this was the only one that I like.
Here's a closer look at the polish and it's very true to color!
The brush is in-between thin to medium. I would say it's closer to medium width. I consider OPI brushes medium width, my perfect width.
I applied Orly Calcium Shield Basecoat, 2 coats of Flower in Evening Rose, and then topped it off with Butter London Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all even though the brush isn't medium width, I found it easy to work with. It went on smoothly. Secondly, the consistency is on the medium. It's easy to apply in the beginning. I don't know if it's just me. I will apply the polishes in the beginning and they're extremely creamy. It goes on easily and then with each usage, it gets thicker especially towards the end. This is one of them. I just have to put the brush back into the polish and shake it well. Then it's back to being smooth again. With that said, it goes on with no streaks and bubbles. Third, I wasn't too sure about the color. It has a slight frost-like look. There are times I like it and there are times I don't. Lastly, I'm pretty impressed with the longevity. It lasted 5 days before I noticed slight chipping at the tip.

Pros:
* Comes in a variety of colors.
* In-between thin to medium width.
* Medium consistency.
* Goes on smoothly.
* No streaking.
* No bubbles.
* Lasted 5 days before chipping.

Cons:
* Only can be purchased at Walmart.

Would repurchase: Yes.
Rating:  4/5 Tobey's Paws

This brand is from Drew Barrymore. I think it started couple of years ago. It's a brand new brand but doing well.
